We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send an item back to us for a full refund of the purchase price of the item regardless of reason for the return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Please include the original packing slip or alternatively place your name and address on a sheet in the return bag.
If you can please indicate the reason for return on the packing slip or address note this would be appreciated. eg if you have ordered a different size.
Due to their personalised nature, custom products are unable to be returned unless there is a clear fault or error in the product. If this has occurred please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Non-custom lifestyle essential products fall under our 14 day free return policy.
Items are returned at the customers cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we correct the problem if we can.
The fastest way to ensure you receive a replacement is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. We will then process the refund upon receipt of the returned item(s).
Provided the goods are returned in acceptable condition then the value of the items will be refunded excluding shipping.
