Calming Dog Beds

How do our calming dog beds work?

Our beds provide a safe space for your pet to relax in, with a raised rim, soft padding and covers that mimic being hugged by their mother. These beds are not orthopaedic but animals love the comfort they offer.

What makes our beds better than any other beds?

We use high quality materials and take pride in the production of our beds. Our products have soft filling, secure grip on the underneath and are entirely washable. 

Are The Beds Machine Washable?

The entire beds are machine washable and tumble drying can help spread the filling. We recommend hand washing if possible. 

What size bed should I get?

What material are the beds made out of?

We use a range of fabrics and materials for all of our beds, these include polyester and faux fur. These beds are not fire resistant. 

Are the beds available in stores?

Pamper Paws calming dog beds are only available on our online store. We prefer to sell directly to our customers to limit costs but offer high speed replies via our email or social media networks. 

What if my dog doesn’t like it?

Although we are pretty confident they will, we do offer a 14 day free return policy.


High Performance Microfibre Dog Towels 

How should I wash my towels? 

The microfibre towels should be washed alone or with other microfibre items. They can be washed in cold or warm water and detergent but do not need fabric softeners. The towels do not take long to dry so can be hung up or quickly machine dried. 

How big are the towels?

100cm x 80cm

Why are these better than normal towels?

Our microfibre dog towels are able to absorb 10 times more than regular cotton towels. They are also lightweight which allows them to dry quickly and become compact for storage or travel. 


Personalised Products/Pup Essentials

How long is the processing and delivery time?

Each custom product takes 3-5 days to create from scratch. To reduce the time it takes to get the product to you, our personalised products are developed, finished and customised and sent directly from our overseas warehouse. This significantly reduces the wait times for customers. Due to the customisation the average delivery time ranges roughly 14-21 working days. 

What is the return policy?

Due to their personalised nature, custom products are unable to be returned unless there is a clear fault or error in the product. If this has occurred please email us at info@pamperpaws.co.uk. Non-custom lifestyle essential products fall under our 14 day free return policy.

What size should I get?

Please refer to our size guides on each product page. If you are still unsure please email our friendly support team and they can help you make an informed decision.

Where are they made?

Our custom products are produced and sent from our warehouses in China and the United Kingdom.



Shipping

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Standard shipping is free within the UK when you spend over £15 which usually takes 3-5 working days. Express shipping is also available for £2.99 and takes 1-2 working days. 

How does 14 day returns and exchanges work?

On the off chance that you or your pup doesn’t like it or you would like to exchange the item, please email our support team and they will be able to provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Information regarding personalised items returns can be found in that section. Unfortunately, as a small business we can offer a full refund for your order but not the return postage.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Sure, as long as our team has not already shipped your order. Please contact us via email or social network to do this. If the order has already been shipped, please allow it to be delivered and leave it unopened so they can provide you with a return shipping label.

What if I put the wrong shipping address?

If you have not received an email saying the order has been shipped email in with “URGENT order edit” in the subject title. The team will make any changes and notify you, if it has been shipped they will work with you and the courier to have it redirected where possible.

What is presale?

If the item has a specified “sent” date beside it in brackets this means the item is a presale purchase and you will receive that item in 2-8 business days from this “sent” date.
